Our lamb comes from thoughtfully raised St. Croix and Katahdin sheep that are rotationally grazed from birth on healthy pasture. The grass they consume is grown without chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides— just clean pasture supported by regenerative land practices.

Through intentional rotational grazing, our sheep are moved regularly to fresh forage, giving the land time to rest and rebuild. This approach supports animal health, improves soil vitality, and encourages strong, diverse pasture growth.

St. Croix and Katahdin sheep are hardy, pasture-efficient breeds known for producing mild, flavorful lamb. Raised entirely on grass and never grain, our lamb is clean, nutrient-dense, and a true reflection of the care we put into both our animals and the land.
